Most delays in any postal system are experienced in the home delivery phase. Rather than replace or compete the Spanish postal system, Spanbox by-passes this time-consuming and problematic area.
Mail is collected daily from the Spanish system and then efficiently re-sorted into the private collection boxes, which are located at the La Trocha Shopping Centre in Coin (Serving Coin, Cartama, Alhora and Alhaurin El Grande) and in Torrequebrada , Benalmadena Costa.
Box-holders are then able to access their mail at leisure by going to their private Spanbox and gaining access via their individual key.
