Spanbox mail collection boxes cost as little as ˆ 1.40 inc. IVA per box per week. The initial contract period is for 12 months, renewable by mutual consent.
A refundable deposit of ˆ30.00 is levied on commencement of the contract to cover lock replacement in the event that key is lost or stolen.
Spanbox accepts most major credit cards and boxes and all other services may be ordered and paid for on line using Paypal.
A very low cost postal service which avoids the time consuming process of the normal mail system. The mail is deposited into the out going box situated at every Spanbox site.
The mail is collected on a daily basis and couriered to the destination country. On arrival, a Spanbox agent affixes a first class stamp and deposits the mail into the national mail system for final delivery to the recipient in the destination country.
Mail posted via Spanmail is guaranteed to leave Spain on the day it is posted (Deadline 11.00 hrs). Unfortunately Spanbox cannot guarantee destination delivery dates, as these will depend on the postal systems of the individual destination countries.

SECURE MAIL FORWARDING:
Box holders, who are resident in Spain for limited periods, have the option for the mail in their private box to be forwarded to another address worldwide. The frequency of this service is entirely at the holder's discretion. A nominal fee, plus postage and packing, will be levied for each transaction.
FAX AND EMAIL:
An additional free service to the boxholder is the option to have faxes or text only e-mails directed to Spanbox’s dedicated fax and e-mail addresses. A hard copy is then deposited into the holder’s private box for collection at their leisure.
Faxes can also be sent via Spanbox by simply depositing a document in the Spanbox postbox delivery confirmation will be returned to the boxholder's box. ][click here for rates and charges.
